I really like the story its powerful and kind of sad. It was nice of the father to come to his son to apologise and ask for his forgiveness instead of him finding a job and not coming to find his beloved son who he lost. I think it’s kind of sad because his mother died. I love how he had one wish it could be anything and he chose to speak the language off the birds. I think this is a very heartfelt story. Last but not least I think you should never leave your daughter/son but I do think if you do to apologise like the father did in the story.

Great story! It was a great one for older kids. I’m almost 12 and the length was perfect for free time or a road trip.
